Jon exceeded our wildest expectations. He has a masterful understanding of balance: he kept us in the loop with daily updates (excellent with emails/texts/phone call requests), while giving us plenty of space to make decisions regarding location, type of home, and even background noise. He also did a great job of helping us see things we (as first-time home buyers) would not have considered, and was incredibly helpful in just about every step of the home closing process.
